In Reapara, Nandigram, Dr. Sachindra Nath Pradhan built up "BHUTANATH PRADHAN MEMORIAL RURAL DEVELOPMENT SOCITY" as a memory of his father with the help of some educated and experienced people. Their primary goal was enhancing technical education in village. In 2005 "KABI SUKANTA SECONDARY TEACHERS TRAINING INSTITUTE" under BPMRDS was established as an affiliation to the Vidyasagar University. In 2007 this institute got affiliation by NCTE. At 2010 BPMRDS introduce "NANDIGRAM BHUTANATH INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY" as an Industrial Training Institute in the locality. This Institute got affiliated from NCVT,SKILL INDIA,DGET and DIT of West Bengal. Our Institute got three trades ELECTRICIAN,FITTER and SURVEYOR as Engineering trades and also got two non engineering trades COPA and MULTIMEDIA ANIMATION SYSTEM.
